Photographer Gregory Bojorquez, who we spent time with last year at MOCA's Art In the Streets, is set to open a solo show of new photographs at Hardhitta Gallery in Los Angeles this Saturday, June 9. The show is in a pop-up space located across the street from the LACMA.

Last night at the Soho Beach House in South Beach, Taschen through a party for the release of the very-limited, very special Mark Ryden book, Pixnit. Of course, there was a huge crowd, and a few glimpses later in the evening of the newest monograph.

This Spring, TASCHEN is releasing one the most highly-anticipated books of the year, a book simply titled, Basquiat. Leonhard Emmerling, who authored both TASCHEN’s Jean-Michel Basquiat and Jackson Pollock books, has compiled what looks to be one of the more detailed explorations on Basquiat to date.
