  Scheduled for completion in 2012, Phoenix International Media Center is a basket-like shaped building with has a great feeling of movement.  Phoenix is a large satellite TV provider and is among the numerous media companies that have recently begun defining Beijing's urban landscape.

We have known INSA for a few years, even had the London-based artist grace the subscriber cover in September 2010. He recently completed his Girls on Bikes project, where volunteer models, bikes (INSA’s preferred icon of commodified culture), and large scale painted walls to create momentary installations in public spaces.

This isn't the first time we have heard from Slovenian artist the Miha Artnak, as the artist created a great public art project, a trash sculpture, in November 2010 that we covered. Now is a whole new public project, Layers, created with the basis "There is more than just one reality." Lots to look at here.
