One of our favorite street intervention collectives we have seen over the past year is Luzinterruptus, a Madrid-based group that takes high-concept street art to a new level with fully interactive pieces that highlight the problems in the given city they work in. Pharmacy Herbs deals with light pollution in Madrid.

Spain-based artist, Hyuro, is no amateur at choosing great locations for her work, often choosing backgrounds that add depth and character to her pieces.  This newest wall in Valencia, Spain is bizarre, dark, and is mysterious in meaning.

Working in one of the smallest mediums in the street we know of, Isaac Cordol’s  newest ephemeral installations comment on stereotypes of people that confront climate change in different ways.  Starting today, March 31st through September 30th, 2012, the artist will create work on the beach of De Panne in Belgium, as well as in a local historic villa once occupied by Chalutier.
