Nobody is painting the type of murals quite like the ones Waone and Aec of Intereski Kazki are.  Their work is a stand out amongst the new surge of muralists working right now.  Waone is in Poland participating in the Europejska Fundacja Kultury Miejskiej Festival and took over the entire side of the following building with his surreal imagery.

Part of their ongoing series “Pseudo-Advertising Series”, Paris Koutsikos and Alexandros Vasmoulakis, have created this newest mural in Tel Aviv, Israel titled “Brilliant.”  This artist included 10 kilograms of sequin into the lettering to give it that shimmering, “Hey look over here!” effect.

Remed & Okuda Paintings @ Delimbo Gallery

The collaborative works of artists, Remed and Okuda, for the group show “ESTO NO ES GRAFFITI” at Delimbo Gallery in Sevilla, Spain, are quite impressive.  Remed’s fusion of strong shapes and rich color palette combined with Okunda’s monotone figures compliment each other perfectly.  Remed has something special coming up soon in our printed magazine department.  Keep an eye out!

New Mural by Jesse Hazelip in venice

In conjunction with the annual Venice Artwalk, painted on the exterior of the landmark Red Fort building built in 1922, artist Jesse Hazelip, created the following mural titled “Hearts of Oak.”  The artist’s mural depicts an oversized pig being chauffeured on chariot-like vessel by a bull, used as a metaphor for the excess and gluttony of Wall Street, and the suffering working class.

Black Cat Fire Extinguisher

Moscow-based artist, 0331c, used a fire extinguisher to paint the tail and a roller for the body, creating one puffy tailed cat.  This old lady appears to approve of the feline vandalism and want to pose for a photograph.

Dal in Cape Town, South Africa

Chinese artist, Dal’s newest mural titled “Milestone” was painted in Guguletu Township, an area well known for its poverty and seediness.  Dal painted a lengthy bird-like airplane in his signature ribbon style.

Ludo x Evol: The Worlds' Smallest Billboard

French street artist LUDO just passed along a collaboration he recently finished with German artist EVOL (who makes fantastic installations and miniature city scapes on city streets). The two artists created the "worlds' smalled billboard," a mini Ludo billboard on an EVOL stenciled city. Very tiny.

Moneyless & Mark Lyken

Artists Moneyless and Mark Lyken have been collaborating on various projects creating paintings, sculptures, and interventions in and around Glasgow, Scotland. In these particular pieces, combining Lyken’s abstract cosmic style with Moneyless’s detailed line work creates what could be portals to other dimensions.
