As we have been noting on the site over the past few weeks, Shepard Fairey (featured in our November 2012 issue), just opened a new solo exhibition, Sound & Vision, at Stolenspace Gallery in London. Our contributor, Butterfly, was on the scene at the opening, as well as watching Shepard's street works in progress over the past week...

It has been a few years since Shepard Fairey has shown a new body of work (Deitch Projects was the last official solo show), and since Fairey has been interviewed for our November 2012 Politics & Art issue, we are looking forward to his new show, Sound & Vision, opening at Stolenspace Gallery in London on October 19.

They definitely should create an iPhone app that is called 'Where in the World is Roa?" It seems like the man darts the world and leaves evidence of his black and white animals for the world to enjoy. The Belgian street, public, fine, and installation artist just opened a new solo show at Stolenspace in London, and we went to go check it out last night. Photos after the jump . . .

As we were waiting in traffic to visit one of the many fairs in Miami last week, Stolenspace Gallery in London opened Wild Life, a winter group show featuring works from Dan Witz, D*Face, Jennifer Murphy, Kai & Sunny, and many more. Our London correspondent, Butterfly, made it out to the opening, and found a dead deer on the floor.

One of our personal favorite aritsts, Evan Hecox, just opened a new solo show, Borough & Lane, at Stolenspace in London. Our London correspondent, Butterfly, stopped by the opening and found a few new surprises and techniques from the artist, as well as works on paper solely focused upon the city of London.

Our London correspondent, Butterfly, made it out to the opening night of Word To Mother's new solo show, Essence of Adolescence, at London's Stolenspace Gallery. The East London-based Mother introduced a new body of mixed-media paintings on wooden panels. It is the artist's fifth solo show at Stolenspace.
