Steve Powers newest addition to the urban landscape is in Vardø, Norway for Komafest. The public artist who is known for leaving witty punch lines and puns where ever he works has created this new piece with the words “Eternal Light and/or Eternal Night.”  The artist used the following phrase in reference to Vardø’s sun that does not set during this time of year.
