    Feline friendly Parisian stencil artist, C215, has the best cat stencils we have ever seen. The highly detailed pieces are wonderful depictions of the animal, our favorite domesticated animal (sorry dogs!)  This newest one was painted in the streets of Lisbon.  

Shepard Fairey x Neil Young "Americana" Box Set

Being released today, September 6, Shepard Fairey and Obey are releasing the Americana Box Set, featuring the album of the same name by Neil Young & Crazy Horse. The work in the box set initially made its debut at Perry Rubenstein Gallery. The Box Set includes 12 signed & numbered screen prints of the Americana Paintings (Edition of 450), 1 signed & numbered Americana song lyric screen print (Edition of 200), a certificate of authenticity, and a CD of the Americana album by Neil Young and Crazy Horse.

C215 in "Vues sur Mur" Group show

C215 has shared photos of his installation and work at the Centre de la Gravure et de l'image imprimée for a group show entitled Vues Sur Mur being held in La Louvière, Belgium.  The show which opens tomorrow May 26th, 2012 will also feature works from Shepard Fairey, Evol, Swoon, Jef Aerosol, Sten & Lex, Ludo,  and Space Invader.

New M-City Mural in Poland

Polish stencil artist, Marius Waraz, aka M-City, recently finished painting this large-scale mural in the city of Plock.  As always, his work contains an immense amount of detail, patterns, and strong line work.

Tonight in Paris, famed stencil artist C215 will be opening an exhibition of works that are stained glass windows at Saint Louis chapel, in La Salpétrière public hospital, Paris. Considering C215's stencil works already appear to be mosaics when created on the street, to see him transform into stained glass works seems like a natural progression for the French artist.
