We were thinking when first hearing of Ed Templeton's new exhibition at the Ernst Muzeum in Budapest, Hungary, that Ed had really captured the European audience over the past 5 or so years. And then we read the press release from the Ernst, stating Ed was "most interesting artist to surprise Europe in recent years." More after the jump . . .

This is pretty cool. Because the promotional budget at Disney for Tron Legacy was out of this world, they were able to have this skateboard ramp installation by ENESS at their Melbourne, Australia premiere. Video and what this actually means after the jump . . .

Ari Marcopoulos will be showing in Paris at Galerie Frank Elbaz opening tomorrow night, January 8th, with a show titled This Week. The concept of the show seems simple enough: candid shots, snap shots, and more day-in-the-life type photography. And because it is Ari Marcopoulos, the photos tend to be interesting regardless of intent or style. Images after the jump . . .

Oh, you are actually supposed to skate on the skateboard, gotcha. We know skateboard decks as art has been around awhile, but for the most part, you can actually put some trucks and wheels on the board and actually skate. Charles Krafft has an extra obstacle for you in the skateboard as art game. Information after the jump . . .

Our friends and family at SLAP Magazine have been speaking of Jason Adams' work for quite some time, and we learned a bit more about Adams this past Fall at his group show at 111 Minna Gallery. The known skater and artist just had a video posted with him as the subject, a 7-minute short by Kyle Camarillo. Video after the jump . . .

We preface this post with 1) we don't know anything about longboarding, and 2) we always appreciate a well-done web video, especially from Argentina. Hypebeast posted this video today called "Slowboarding," created by Motion Lights. As Motion Lights says, "This audiovisual explore longboarding as sport, from the slow motion perspective..." Video after the jump . . .

When we told you about the secret project called Maxx242VsJeffSoto the other week, we mentioned that the collab between the two artists would include toys, skate decks, shirts, and more. So, any toy fans going to be in Tokyo this Friday?
