In 1993, if you saw this in person (which was the only way to see graffiti then) your jaw would have dropped to the floor. This was a very progressive style for that time period from Sento Tfp.

Since the early 80’s Sento has been painting graffiti.  The artist painted numerous trains during the subway graffiti scene in New York and still comes out to rock a piece from time to time.  Classic style.

Sento was busy painting New York subways in the 80’s, trains and walls in the 90’s, and still manages to rock some pieces in the present.  That’s a long career for any graffiti writer.  This new video gives an overview of his work, accompanied by the artist’s words and experiences.  A book highlighting Sento’s graffiti was released in 2009 titled “The Fantastic Partners”,  a must for any style freak.
