Last year, Juxtapoz was able to follow the progress as JanSport launched their first street art and mural campaign and series, following the lives and process of artists in San Francisco and Brooklyn as they created a large scale mural in their hometown. In San Francisco, our friends Lady Mags and Amandalynn painted a huge, showstopping mural that we get to drive by all the time and is a great part of our daily commute. Now, in 2015, JanSport has brought the #LiveOutside to São Paulo, where Arlin & Nove collaborated on a color, massive mural this Spring that we were able to document.

Last month, as the world was paying attention to Brazil's showcase of the World Cup, we ran a city guide to Sao Paulo, as instructed by Baglione brothers William and Herbert. Now, William has a series of photographs, Coffee or Cigarettes, from August 9—14 with Winterlong Galerie in France. Check the postcard for more information, as there are two shows going on at once!

Os Gemeos have always been synonymous with Brazil and the city of São Paulo. But it didn't even fully register until the twins painted the Brazilian National Football (Soccer) team's plane for the upcoming 2014 World Cup that the fact that they had become a national treasure was a reality. That is quite a big deal. There have been rumblings and clues that Os Gemeos have something big planned in the coming days/weeks, and we were lucky enough to get a visit to their studio a few months back to check in and say hello.

The WallRide Project in Sao Paulo, Brazil looks to give the residents of the city access to public and free art through an exchange between Brazilian artists and others around the world. Every two months a different artist will be invited exposing his form of art on a wall in downtown Sao Paul! The first artist to utilize the wall is Alexandre "Sesper" Cruz. Sao Paulo-based photographer and ex-pro skater Fabiano Rodrigues has taken a wonderful series of self-portraits of himself skating in superbly chosen and composed locations, often museums, and outside/in architectural landmarks around the city. Taken with a Hasselblad and remote control, the one off prints explore "the history and repertoire of skateboarding movements, particularly its relationship with the city, its architecture and urban furniture."

We also included a nice collection of shots that Miss Van has posted from numerous pieces she has done in Brazil this year. Look and watch.
