'This illustration was for an article about Raimondo Di Sangro and his interests in the studies of alchemy, mechanics and the sciences in general. The last years of his life were dedicated to decorating the Chapel of Sansevero with marble works from the greatest artists of the time, including Antonio Corradini, Francesco Queirolo and Giuseppe Sanmartino, and preparing anatomical models. Sabine ten Lohuis graduated from the visual arts academy Willem de Kooning in 2009 with a degree in illustration and a minor in painting. But I also have a great interest for animation and graphic design. She has her own company in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and draws inspiration from it's mix of nationalities and range of modern to historical architecture.
