Richard Wright Hand Painted 47,000 Stars

British artist Richard Wright has hand painted two ceilings in Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum with over 47,000 black stars. The Tuner Prize-winning artist was inspired by the original 19th century decorative wall and ceiling paintings in the museum by the original architect, Pierre Cuypers.
