The European duo collaborated again on a mural, this time was in Malaga, Spain for the MAUS project where local and international artists will paint some buildings of the city. Remed and Okuda created "La Danse De Venus Et Du Marin" where they combined their distinctive styles making a colorful piece with perfect shapes.

Our friend Butterfly headed down to Southbank Centre in London this past weekend for the Festival of Spain and documented a public, live painting piece between Jux friend Remed and Okuda. They were given a glass box to paint as thousands of people streamed along the River Thames and enjoyed the festivities.

Remed used his own developed typography combined with bright colors for this new mural in Mexico City. The letters resemble ancient hieroglyphics with a modern twist to them. Painted entirely with spray paint.

"CYCLOPE, FEMME GRENOUILLE, & ASTRONAUTE” is the title for Remed’s newest mural painted on the small tropical island of Martinique in the Caribbean. Thsi piece created using spray paint and it bursts off the wall especially with those blue skies well!

Regular collaborators, Remed and Okuda, were invited by Camp Viejo Winery for a unique opportunity to create a site-specific piece on their vineyard. Located in the Sierra de Cantabria Mountains in Northern Spain, the artists had no initial plan before visiting and decided after arriving that a large sculpture would be appropriate for the specific location. In this video, the two elaborate on some of their ideas behind this piece and the correlations between the creation of wine and artistic practices.

Working with the National Museum Of Mexican Art, Remed did a fantastic job painting with this new mural in Pilsen, Chicago. The French-born, Spain-based artisloaded the piece with vibrant colors and geometric shapes and patterns on a black background. It was created using spray paint and acrylic.

Remed spent some time in Marrakech, Morocco at the end of 2012 for an exhibition at David Bloch Gallery and while he was there he painted this piece on a local hospital.

This new wall by Remed was painted on the Montessori School in his hometown of Lille and is a message to the local kids. It was written in two completely different styles, one in simple cursive handwriting and the other in geometric forms that are letters but certainly difficult to decipher.

Spain-based fine artist and muralist, Remed, is currently working on a mural in Marseille, France that elegantly displays his unique lettering language using minimal color.
