REKA "Trip The Light" @ Stolenspace Gallery, London

Trip The Light is the latest solo exhibition by Melbourne-born, Berlin-based artist James Reka. Exploring the splendor of the female form in dance, his deft brushstrokes and fluid lines create a hypnotic dynamic movement that prances between his canvases. It is Reka's London debut and his first solo show at Stolenspace Gallery opening on September 11, 2014.

Reka x Rone in Miami

During Art Basel in Miami, one of the several walls Australian artists, Reka and Rone, painted was this monochrome collaboration that primarily focused on eyes. Reka painted in his character in a highly animated style, while Rone dropped a hyperrealist piece. Side by side these two styles couldn’t be more different, but work together so well.
