Strategically unloading 500 liters of paint into a busy intersection seems like a liability if you ask me, bright color paint going every which way could easly cause confusion and distraction.  Luckily, no one crashed and Dutch performance artist Lepe B.T. Rubingh can dodge a lawsuit.
