Brooklyn-based street artists, The Yok and Sheryo, have been collaborating on several walls over the last year, both having similar styles making the work hard to differentiate. They just sent over photos of some new work made in the streets, including walls from recent travels in South East Asia and Australia. Pizza eating pizzas? Can’t blame ‘em.

Rabbit Eye Movement Artspace

The Rabbit Eye Movement, a name we are familiar with by its close affiliation to the dissecting spray can artist, Nychos, will be opening a new artspace in Vienna next month. For their first show entitled “Drink ‘N’ Draw” a diverse group of artists including many members of The Weird and the talented graffiti writer, Sobekcis, will be showing new work. The opening reception is on December, 6 2012 and will also include several DJ’s.

Jade paints the Institute of Visual Arts Lima

Jade is an artist who we often post about and it’s simply based on the fact that he is producing a significant amount of work in the street of Lima. And he’s has some talent, obviously.  The Peruvian muralist’s newest piece was painted on the exterior of the Institute of Visual Arts, Edith Sachs in the district of Barranco.

The 86th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade along New York’s Central Park goes down tomorrow, meaning plenty of massive balloon characters, custom floats, marching bands, and all things visually and musically loud. This will be the first time since Keith Haring that an artist who began his career in graffiti has contributed to the parade. Brian Donnelly aka Kaws, will have his signature character “Companion” floating high above in the balloon line-up, a unique opportunity for any artist.

C215's "Orgullecida" in Barcelona

Very few artists create public work using stencils as well as and with such detail as Parisian artist, C215. His vibrant multilayered characters and kittens have been a favorite of ours for some time. The Montana Gallery in Barcelona will be hosting a solo exhibition featuring the artist entitled  "Orgullecida." The shows opening reception will be Wednesday, December 12, 2012 and will run through February 2, 2012.  ging.
