Faile's "Wolf Within" in Mongolia

Last month was busy, so busy we forgot to mention that Brooklyn-based collective, Faile, installed a sculpture entitled “Wolf Within” at the National Garden Park in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The piece depicts a man on his knees cloaked in a wolf pelt tearing away at his two-piece suit.

“I will only paint native species in a country, unless it were relevant to the location, like an abandoned zoo or something” Roa has painted native species large and small around the glob and is the subject of MOCAtv’s newest segment entitled “Dominant Species.” Roa’s thoughts on the world around him, humans relationship with animals, and art, are narrated by a traditional documentary voice.

A stylish clothed purple horse is seen riding a bike, with a top hat and pipe floating close. The artist chose wonderful colors for this particular large wall. Dal made great use of space when painting a mural on this building in Cape Town, South Africa. His unique ribbon-styled animals are sprinkled around the building trying to get to the top where a crowned lion is luring them.
