We stopped by the opening of legendary artist George Condo’s solo exhibition at Prism Gallery in Los Angles. In the first extensive exhibition of George Condo’s work in Los Angeles, PRISM will present a selection of paintings, drawings and sculptures across a wide span of his career.

It appears Barry Mcgee will make a return visit to show at Prism Gallery in Los Angeles next month. In 2009, the artist held an exhibition for the galleries inaugural exhibition in titled MindTheGap. Since then, the gallery has gone on to show many renowned international artists including David LaChapelle, Os Gemeos, Ryan Mcginness, Andy Warhol, Araki, and more.

We just featured Australian fine artist, Jonathan Zawada in our August 2011 issue, and he is currently exhibiting in Sunset Etc at Prism Gallery in Los Angeles. The group exhibition features Leroy Grannis, Roy Lichtenstein, Matthew Porter, Ed Ruscha, Andy Warhol, Tom Wesselmann, and Zawada.

Opening July 29th will be Eric Kroll's show, Sex Objects to Fetish Girls, which presents selections from Kroll's two famous works. Sex Objects is the a result of Kroll's travels across the United States photographing and interviewing women who work in massage parlors, strip clubs, and sex joints.

San Francisco-based artist Clare Rojas is debuting her newest work at Prism Gallery in Los Angeles next Saturday, February 26th. The exhibition is titled Inside Bleak, and Rojas will be displaying what she calls “domestic abstract interiors.” More information about the opening after the jump...
