Always one of our favorite events in NYC, Juxtapoz checked out the New York Art Book Fair last weekend at the Moma PS1 Museum. The event presented 283 international presses, booksellers, antiquarians, artists, and independent publishers from 26 countries, and is put on by the fantastic Printed Matter of NYC. This is over a month away, but we wanted to get everyone to mark the calendars early: Printed Matter presents the sixth annual NY Art Book Fair, opening September 30 at MoMA PS1. Exhibitors include international presses, booksellers, antiquarian dealers, artists and independent publishers from more than twenty countries.

One of our favorite aritsts, Tauba Auerbach, has created an oversized pop-up book featuring six die-cut paper sculptures that unfold into wonderful, elaborate forms. And because of the "flux state between 2D and 3D," the book has an interesting title: [2,3].
