Pref’s newest piece pays tribute to the recently passed DJ Frankie Knuckles who played a significant and essential role in the development of house music in Chicago. Knuckles was often known as "The Godfather of House Music and was awarded a Grammy in 1997.

Snog Marry Avoid is a British television show described as “The world's first makeunder show, which sees POD - Personal Overhaul Device - transform OTT girls and boys into natural beauties.” Basically, the show takes girls who have excessive tans, wear too much makeup or overly accessorize, and make them look more traditionally normal by our cultural standards. It’s bizarre and it appears Pref is a fan.

Nobody quite creates the kind of pieces Pref does. They are a mixture of multi-layered words creating phrases, but can be difficult to read at times. These two spell out “ways and means” and “Eat spray love.”
