Atlanta residents combine efforts to restore illegally buffed mural

Street Art // Monday, November 12, 2012

The mural causing conflict was painted by French muralist, Pierre Roti, and was organized with permits by local nonprofit Living Walls. Within hours, many local residents came out to show support bringing sponges, brushes, and dishwashing liquid to help clean the paint off the mural that showed optimistic signs of being restored.
