Painting in the neighboring town of Doncaster, 20 miles from his hometown of Sheffield, Phlegm is midway through a large mural that apparently lacks funding for a lift. As you can see from this picture, the artist is using rock-climbing gear to get the job done. Whatever it takes, right? Completed photos of this mural to come.

Would love to see someone attempt to tattoo this drawing on some skin. This is a recent doodle from Sheffield-based muralist, Phlegm, for an upcoming book project.

Sheffield-based muralist and illustrator, Phlegm, has a way with finding and creating work on unpainted surfaces aka virgin spots. His newest work painted on a brick surface is series of pod-like faces holding his signature characters. This mural was painted in conjunction with the Bunker Festival in Turin, Italy.

Living in New York feels similar to the look of Phlegm’s newest mural, everyone’s watching, all the time. The Sheffield-based artist created this new piece for the Street Art Communication Festival in Kosice, Slovakia. His signature characters that are always building something are seen here constructing a telescope contraption.

UK-based muralist, Phlegm, recently completed this 4 story high mural in Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza for The Bloop Festival. The walls show two mechanical arms operating each other by the pull of a string with the artist’s signature characters doing a little maintenance. Hopefully the artist was able to take a dip in that pool next door after baking in the sun painting this piece.

We have never had the chance to visit Sheffield, UK, but we imagine the city is littered with Phlegm’s patented characters in all those unassuming places. Here are two new walls from the artist, one in collaboration with Baberfilth.

One of Phlegm’s signature characters made his way on this dilapidated building with an elaborately constructed hammer device. Painted in the artists hometown of Sheffield, U.K..

Yesterday we posted about Sheffield-based artist, Phlegm, painting a character next to a Know Hope piece and that was just the beggining. A park in the West Side of Manhattan was dressed up with an array of imagery courtesy of the Phlegm, this one containing an immense amount of detail and imaginative devices.

Outside the House Park (skate park) in Sheffield, Uk, Phlegm teamed up with local writers Gzos, Jaer, Boms, and Teas for this graffiti removal machine concept wall. You can see Phlegm’s long armed machine picking apart sections of the pieces. Hopefully they are recyclable!
