Juxtapoz // Tuesday, March 18, 2014
If you want someone to come tidy your apartment, we think we have found your man in Michael Johansson, an artist who takes a real-life Tetris approach to both public and fine art. The artist has a knack of compartmentalizing the right objects into the right spaces to create incredible collages of no longer used goods in a colorful, eye-popping way. Michael is featured in our current, April 2014 issue of Juxtapoz Magazine.

The Work of Øivin Horvei

Juxtapoz // Friday, August 30, 2013
In the September issue of Juxtapoz Magazine we spoke with Oslo native Øivin Horvei as he and his 12-year-old daughter followed this wife to Boston where she took a position at Harvard's Graduate School of Education. Setting up a small studio in his new home, he continued his playful mixed media work and we spoke about the idiosyncratic Harvard bubble, parenting, and what, to an American, seems like an astonishing level of government support given to the average Norwegian.
