Seems quite appropriate for Friday the 13th. September 2011 cover artist, Neck Face, is opening a new print release show, Simply the Worst, at New Image Art Gallery in Los Angeles. Costumes accepted, and free booze. And a message from Neck Face: "If I'm throwing it you know it's gonna be fun." Ah, it's one of those kind of parties... dig it.

Ian Stevenson "Made in Broken Britain" @ The Outsiders, Newcastle

Juxtapoz // Tuesday, June 12, 2012
We always enjoy the simple, clever, witty, and whatever complimentary adjective we can bestow on British illustrator Ian Stevenson, who loves to distort our collective pop-culture with a twist of wicked satire. His newest solo show, Made In Broken Britain, is currently on view at The Outsiders space in Newcastle, England.

Opening: Roid "More Than Ever" @ Topsafe, London

Juxtapoz // Tuesday, June 12, 2012
We are deeply disappointed that we are unable to see Roid’s debut solo exhibition “More than Ever” with Topsafe London in person. The artist’s work is a mix and is influenced by typography, design, geometry, Manga, computers, robots, music and the list goes on, with one eye catching color palette for sure. His work has been courting our attention for a while and from these pictures one could easy think the canvases were created digitally.
