New York City-based photographer iO Tillett Wright posted her 90 Photos of 2010 as the year ended, and because we have always loved her black and white shots at night, we found some of our favorites to post her. Of course, iO posted them "In actual chronological order I give you, my 2010 in photographs," and we just posted them in a random order, because we are random. Photos after the jump . . .

Our NYC correspondent, Brock Fetch, sat down with artist Alec Monopoly last Thursday as Alec's first NYC gallery show was taking place without him. Alec has spent the last month in New York creating pieces for the show and avoiding NY Vandal-Squad. Full interview after the jump.

Just your friendly neighborhood reminder that two great shows are going on tonight on opposite ends of the coast: Tiffany Bozic's Confiding To Strangers at NYC's Joshua Liner Gallery (which has probably started by now, so get moving), and Ericailcane's We Were Living In the Woods at San Francsico's FIFTY24SF Gallery. Both will feature a lot of animals done with tremendous skill, but done so very differently. Details after the jump . . .

The first picture we saw from their meeting was Ryan in an ANYthing beanie in front of a Morrissey framed poster. Needless to say, we were into it...

Neck Face’s new solo, Into Darkness, is a homecoming presentation (of sorts) for the California native, as he unveils his latest series of drawings, paintings, and sculptures. The exhibition opens on Halloween night with an encore production of the highly publicized performance and installation mounted in Miami, 2009, replete with a full-scale haunted house and skate demo.

Magnum photographer Bruce Davidson has a collection of his legendary Subway images on view now at the Tate Modern in London. We hurried over to check them out while in the UK and also came across a killer Andy Warhol room, literally covered from floor to ceiling with…cows.
