Josh Keyes' "The Magician's Garden" at Fecal Face Dot Gallery

Juxtapoz // Thursday, March 31, 2011
What we like about this show, besides the fact that every new body of Josh Keyes' work is something to tune into, is that it quite local for the Juxtapoz set. We get to roll out of the office and walk on over. Keyes' will open a new solo show, "The Magician's Garden" at Fecal Face Dot Gallery's new Lower Haight location in San Francisco on April 7, 2011. More details after the jump . . .

Swoon in Melbourne Video

Street Art // Monday, March 07, 2011
As we wrote last month, Swoon is showing in Melbourne, Australia at Metro Gallery, and the Australian press has been more than happy to embrace the Brooklyn-based artist. We found this video that ABC Arts in Australia shot of the artist, not bad for what appears to be major coverage of Swoon's show. Video after the jump . . .

As Thomas Campbell told us, it is going to more of a "happening" than a traditional art show. More images and info after the jump . . .

James Jean will show 7 new paintings at Martha Otero in Los Angeles this March 2011, one of those paintings being Tiger that you see above. See Tiger bigger after the jump . . .
