The Tasmanian Devil and Bugs Bunny wearing backwards pants (Kris Kross reference) stand as spokesman for Sever’s public service announcement. Painted during the POW!WOW! Festival that occurred a few weeks back, Sever’s mural was a standout in concept and execution.
