In anticipation for “Refraction” that opens this Saturday at The Well in Los Angeles, we wanted to share the following video. SURVIVE was an exhibition featuring a conceptually coherent and significant, original body of work by L.A. based emerging artists: Zes, Siner, Fishe, Dreye, Arbe, Kyle Thomas, and Nathan Smith.

This Saturday, artists from the LTS crew will be exhibiting new work at The Well in an exhibition entitled “Refraction.” Influenced by the rich cultural traditions of Los Angeles muralists, sign lettering, graffiti and calligraphy, artists Siner, Fishe and Dreye will be exhibiting works in a variety of mediums. In addition to the three featured artists work on display will be pieces from the SURVIVE campaign and original large-scale mural collaborations.

After successful pop-up art shows in New Orleans and Detroit, SURVIVE headed to Oakland for another one night only event highlighting work from various members of the Los Angeles-based, LTS Crew. 36 3x4 ft. canvasses were on display from artists Siner, Fishe, Dreye, Kyle Thomas and Nathan Smith, along with a collaborative mural that was painted.

After a successful pop-up art show in New Orleans, SURVIVE headed to Detroit for another one night only event highlighting work from various members of the Los Angeles-based, LTS Crew. 36 3x4 ft. canvasses were on display from artists Siner, Fishe, Dreye, Kyle Thomas and Nathan Smith, along with a large mural painted on the facade of the show space. Over the last few years, Detroit has become a destination for a diverse group of creative types and you can see from this video there is a pride that comes with living and surviving there.
