DesignBoom and photographer Iwan Baan have some really beautiful imagery from Olafur Eliasson's Contact installations and exhibition at Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris that opens this week. Olafur is one of the world's great "experiential" artists, creating experiences and atmosphere that is almost never matched by other installation artists.

In a long line of artist collaborations with fashion giant Louis Vuitton, UK-based EINE has recently created a scarf with the brand. Or as we just learned, a "'Giant Square' scarf, which measures an impressive 136cm x 136cm." EINE's alphabet style is emblazoned all over the scarf, spelling out things like "Louis Vuitton," and "Great Adventures." This past week, a pop-up shop opened at Selfridges on Oxford Street in the heart of London, featuring both EINE's art and the scarf collaborations.

We actually like a bit of the irony in this window display. We always think that fashion house store window displays has the capacity for really great art installations, and Louis Vuitton is always at the high point of that experimentation. Taking inspiration from the Natural History Museum in Paris' Les Jardins des Plantes, the 5th Avenue storefront is now adorned with gold dinosaur skeletons, mixed with the early Fall 2013 look.

As we have reported on the site in recent months, fashion giant Louis Vuitton has teamed up with Juxtapoz stalwarts Retna, Aiko, and Os Gemeos for a collection of scarves. The collabs, given the title as a "Tribute to Street Art," follow in the tradition of Louis Vuitton working with contemporary artists such as Murakami, Stephen Sprouse, and recently, a great collaboration with Yayoi Kusama.

The latest in a long line of successful collaborations with the fine art world, fashion powerhouse Louis Vuitton has turned to Brazilian twins (and 2x Juxtapoz cover artists), Os Gemeos for a new series of designs. Little sneak shots were posted on the twins' Instagram account, so all we can do is speculate on the full collection, but there will be a scarf, it will be released in January 2013, and somewhere, a line is forming.
