After the hugely successful Tim Burton retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC, the exhibition is moving to Los Angeles and the LACMA in what we assume will again be a massively attended showcase of Burton's drawings, live-action and animated films, photographs, and illustrations.

Famed NYC-based artist, Ryan McGinness will be opening two new solo shows with Country Club Contemporary in Los Angeles this month, Works on Paper on May 20 at the gallery, and Women: The Blacklight Paintings at The Standard Hotel, Hollywood on May 28. We look today at McGinness' works on paper.

In conjunction with Sage Vaughn's solo show, Children of a Lesser God, at Lazarides Gallery in London, Juxtapoz took a trip with Sage Vaughn to the Los Angeles River for a picnic of sorts. Lots of mustard was used in the making of this film.
