Crowdfunded Public Light Installation Will Illuminate Chicago's L-Tracks

Street Art // Wednesday, August 05, 2015
The Wabash Lights, a public art installation proposed by designers Jack Newell and Seth Unger, recently surpassed its funding goal of $55,000 on Kickstarter. The project will install colored lights on the underside of the Chicago’s L-Train tracks. The LED lights will be controlled by users who will be able to create patterns via the project’s website or web application, which is still under development.
