Leif Podhajsky recently caught our attention after we saw his album cover art for his fellow Australians, Tame Impala. As an artist and creative director, his work explores themes of connectedness, the relevance of nature and the psychedelic or altered experiences of life. By using these subjects, he attempts to inspire the viewer into a realignment with themselves and their surroundings.

When we look back on some of the better albums we have listened to in the Jux offices this year, Lykke Li's Wounded Rhymes and Shabazz Palaces' Black Up were tops on our list. We just learned that artist and creative director Leif Podhajsky designed artwork for both artists this year, as well as a group of great underground musicians and projects.
