Last weekend saw the opening of TrustoCorp’s new solo exhibition “The Future is Blight” at LeBasse Projects in Los Angeles. The guerilla art group who are known for a range of polished, occasionally humorous public installations and meticulously fabricated billboards, took on a minimal, more subtle approach displaying work created in a variety of mediums such as sculptures, paintings, work on paper, and prints. San Francisco was on the art beat this weekend with 3 different art fairs to attend, and Friday afternoon we made our way to artMRKT, the most internationally represented fair of the trio. From Park Life, to LeBasee, to Daniel Horowitz' fantastic collection of collage and drawings at Muriel Guepin's booth, this year's showing was also SF's most eclectic.
