Levi's X MOCA Art In the Streets Trucker Jackets

To coincide with Levi's Film Workshop inside the Geffen Contemporary where the Art In the Streets exhibition is taken place, Levi's has collaborated with artists in the show to create limited-edition artist designed Trucker Jackets. On this Date, Keith Haring Died

On February 16, 1990, Keith Haring passed away from complications from AIDS-related complications at the age of 31. Haring is one of the enduring spirits of all art, promoting social activistism, progressive commentary, and a blueprint on the power that public art can carry across the world. He was a hero and an icon, and take a minute this evening to read more about the artist and legacy he left behind.

Cool to see that the late Dash "SACE" Snow has a tribute at the famous wall on the corner of Bowery and Houston that Deitch Projects used to rotate out with various international arists.
