Hey San Francisco, lets welcome the newest food truck on the block, Chairman Bao. Food trucks, carts, and vendors of all sorts have become a major fad here in SF and Bao modeled his truck after Shepard Fairey’s iconographic imagery, but in fact the work was done by James Jean.
