Aaron Horkey was birthed and reared in Windom, Minnesota, in the heart of the Rural Midwest. Key personality traits include debilitating social ineptitude and a perverse attention to detail. Enjoys desolation, megafauna and transplanting sumacs. Currently ensconced in a bucolic whistlestop just west of the Mississippi, he whiles away the hours staring at his chore list and cultivating ulcers. He is the sole survivor of the Black Osprey Dead Arts Society and founding member of the Cottonwood County Druids Skateboard Gang.

Fiona Strickland's watercolor work has breathtaking clarity, vibrancy and intensity of color. studied drawing and painting at the Edinburgh College of Art before spending the next 26 years teaching art and design at Scottish secondary schools. Her studio on the outskirts of Falkirk is full of dead things--a vase of dried-out tulips, fragile leaves pinned to walls and lots of lifeless stalks and stems. She renders these objects by layering transparent watercolors with tiny brushes on heavyweight paper.

"NOST EVERYDAY" is an artist who makes the most out of the sketchbook. As the title promotes, he does art everyday, a mish-mash of disney characters, cartoons and made-up monsters plastered across the infold of a large black sketchbook. He also does a lot of environment paintings and has a keen aesthetic for an animated look.
