Shoey Nam: Loved and Labored

Juxtapoz // Sunday, August 05, 2012
"‘Loved and Labored’ is an open project that required one to extensively explore personal interest. I decided to produce series of portraiture pieces to scrutinize my curiosity of people’s faces as I think each tell a story of their own. I chose to illustrate a set of literature figures, as writers have the tendency to carry a certain haggardness and cynicism of the world on their faces, which are often reflected in their words..."

Illustrated Works by Zoran Pungercar

Juxtapoz // Friday, August 03, 2012
We featured Zoran Pungercar's work a little while ago in 2011, and now we're back featuring more. Here are some of Pungercar's more recent illustrated works for zines and show posters. These gorgeously animated concert graphics were created for the Led Zeppelin re-union concert for the track Kashmir by Steve Scott, a London based animation director and illustrator.
