Hashimoto Contemporary is pleased to present “Drifting Forest”, a new solo exhibition by local graffiti legend GATS. Following his sold out two-person show last year alongside San Francisco-based painter Jessica Hess, GATS returns this May for his solo debut at the gallery.

This Saturday, Hashimoto Contemporary in San Francisco will present Limbus, the debut US solo show by German street artist 1010. Featuring new works on paper, as well as a large mural within the gallery, February’s exhibit invites spectators to explore new thresholds that step beyond the boundaries of the confining gallery space.

Los Angeles based gallery Thinkspace has teamed up with Hashimoto Contemporary in San Francisco to present 'LAX / SFO'. This special pop-up group exhibition has been curated by Thinkspace and marks the second time the gallery has worked with SF gallerist Ken Harman to bring the best of the burgeoning New Contemporary movement to the Bay Area.

Hashimoto Contemporary just announced “The Pinks 2”, the latest solo exhibition by gallery artist Scott Scheidly. Comprised of thirteen new vibrantly unorthodox acrylic paintings, “The Pinks 2” functions as a continuation of the Florida-based artist’s exploration into the cultural and social perceptions of color and symbology, while addressing how both can alter the way we understand the world around us.
