I’ve seen this picture numerous times, enjoying it more each view.  Chaz Bojorquez’s cholo-style graffiti handstyles are continuously graceful and fluid. The photograph was taken in 1975 in the Arroyo Seco River in Los Angeles. The photographer, Gusmano Cesaretti documented much of the personality and culture of East Los Angeles at the time.  Classic.
