Will Bingley and Anthony Hope-Smith have put together a graphic biography of the legendary father of Gonzo Journalism, Hunter S. Thompson who is featured in the April issue of Juxtapoz Magazine.

In his work, illustrator Z. E Pangborn explores the patterns found in nature with a visionary eye. Based out of Northern California, Pangborn is currently working on an epic graphic novel that will be released on a quarterly basis over the next decade.

We just watched the trailer for the film, Alois Nebel, adapted from the graphic novels of Jaroslav Rudiš and Jaromír 99, and its pretty amazing. The Czech filmed will be shown at the London Film Festival on October 25 and 27. Watch the trailer after the jump . . .

UK-based illustrator, James Jarvis, is set to release his first graphic novel in five years, De Profundis, with Brooklyn publisher, PictureBox. The graphic novel follows a beaked artist who travels through a wilderness to arrive at an abandoned city.

We may be a little on this one, but we saw this graphic novel/comic strip today that compares the future predictions of Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World" to George Orwell's "1984." It is pretty damn clever if  you ask us . . . read after the jump . . .
