End Stop & Frisk - hands off the kids!

Graffiti // Thursday, August 23, 2012
One of the most controversial police procedures is the Stop and Frisk search exercised by a number of police departments, most noticeably in New York City.  Based on police officers “suspicion” anyone can be searched and commonly Blacks and Latinos are stopped, but rarely arrested. The topic is a sensitive issue and even motivated someone to paint upside roller reading “End Stop & Frisk - hands off the kids!” on a buildings roof in Brooklyn.
