Katsu's Gold Scribbles on Eyebeam Gallery

Graffiti // Thursday, April 04, 2013
Using a fire extinguisher, Katsu recently decorated aka scribbled the exterior of the Eyebeam Gallery in Chelsea with gold paint in part of the F.A.T. Lab exhibition. To no surprise, the spray carried over to the neighboring building of Paula Cooper Gallery and this video caught some of the action and reaction. We doubt it was unintentional for some odd reason? Publicity stunt? Hmmmm...

Laying low for some time, he has resurfaced to offer 100 canvases each priced at a highly affordable $100. aNYthing store will be hosting this special exhibition entitled “Pieces of History from the Future” and will also offer a limited run of 100 t-shirts from VFR. Highly recommended. Go!

Video: Graffiti Writer found dead hanging off Sacramento high-rise

Graffiti // Wednesday, April 03, 2013
A 30-year old man from Vancouver was found dead dangling from an 18-story building in Sacramento Monday night. Officials believed he was trying to propel to catch tag based on evidence such as a spray can found at the scene, however if you look at where he was in this video it doesn’t seem like the place was very visible to risk all that for?

Wouldn't That be cool?
