As we continue our series of featuring the Friends Of Brazilian great, Vik Muniz, today we look at the award-winning design team of brothers Fernando and Humberto Campana. Campana Designs have long been known for their unique combination of craft-meets-contemporary, recycled-meets-high design furniture. The Campanas have garnered massive critical attention for their innovative furniture made from everyday materials and waste products like cardboard, fabric scraps, rope, aluminum wire, and plastic tubes.

Public Furniture by Sebastien Wierinck

These are really cool public "furniture" pieces (they seem more like really great installation pieces you can sit on) made from polyethylene plastic (plastic bottle waste). The designer, Sebastien Wierinck, is currently working on "new structures for experiments in contemporary design."

We know there are a lot of graffiti enthusiasts out there, so here is the chance to put your money where your butt is and buy this Original Fat Cap Chair by Sander van Heukelom. In 2006, Sander began his designs for fat cap you could sit on, and after showing an original design in an Amsterdam exhibit in 2008, the Fat Cap Chair is in large-scale production now.
