“Freedom” is a public sculpture created by Philadelphia-based artist, Zeno Frudakis, who wanted to create something that regardless to background, everyone could relate to the idea of struggling to break through.

We just got opening night photos of the Roger Gastman curated Blurring the Lines: Crash, Freedom, and Risk at Corey Helford Galley in Culver City. The artists, and and curator, were in attendance.

Obviously, the legendary names and artists of New York City were a big part of the story at MOCA's "Art In the Streets," with Futura, Martha Cooper, Blade, Henry Chalfant, Fab 5 Freddy, Keith Haring, Kenny Scharf, Crash, and Freedom having major spaces in the Geffen building, as well as younger talents that later emerged like Dash Snow.
