That menacing, wide-grinning fish you can’t escape seeing in the streets of Barcelona is finding his way around Paris as of recent. The artist responsible, Pez, has been painting his signature character for over a decade and they continue to multiply, turning into large schools of fish.

The streets of Barcelona are littered with grinning sneaky fish, popping out in the strangest of places.  The artist responsible for these humorous little guys goes by the name Pez and is currently in London for an upcoming show at Tony’s gallery titled “Smiling Since 1999? that will open on April 6th.  He has managed to paint the following walls around town and more.

This is an innocent enough looking fellow who happens to look like a catfish because he let his facial hair grow like he should spend time in freshwater. Nothing wrong with that. Evolution is a interesting photo series (and at times a little funny) where Ted Sabarese finds people that look like fish and photographs them with their respective doppelganger.
