We like it when our friends team up. KR and KRINK, who was the cover our Juxtapoz 2x over the years, teamed up with Marc Jacobs and their Bookmarc shop for a series of art markers and ink releases that have been released in numerous color options. As the collab states, "Bookmarc and Krink present the perfect accessory - a selection of the highest quality markers and paint pens designed exclusively for Bookmarc. Fashion meets function."

This past weekend we stopped by HVW8 Art for the private reception for “15 Years Of Gonz and Adidas,” a photo exhibition celebrating Mark Gonzales’ 15 years with the adidas Skateboarding family. As you may know, the man they lovingly call the "Gonz" has been a good friend of the Juxtapoz, Thrasher, and High Speed family for years, and we are so happy to see this show come to fruition. Photos and more after the jump…

Talk about giving your room some space, might as well go full galaxy in your office or room or house. Enter the design group, Schönstaub. "Schönstaub is a young design-team from Zurich. The two founders and designers Nadja Stäubli and David Schönen met each other in 2010 while studying at the University of Arts in Zürich. A joint project was the launching idea for a creative cooperation, which culminated in the foundation of Schönstaub."

Juxtapoz friend Brian Bowen Smith is celebrating the release of his new book, Projects, tonight, April 26, at Bookmarc in West Los Angeles. Emmy Rossum is also celebrating, because she is the one with the name on the invite. We like here. We like Brian, too, and Projects spans his career of shooting celebrity portraits, from personal work to commissioned assignments done over the past ten years. Go check it out.

We have been admirers of Wes Lang at Juxtapoz for a long time, especially his fantastic contributions to the Grateful Dead over the past year. Now, the tattoo and fine artist has contributed some flash designs fro Sleepy Jones and a new Jasper Boxer short look. Imagine the surprise from a significant other if this is what you are showing off on a first date... you will be a winner, trust us.

Friend of Juxtapoz magazine, and former cover artist from September 2011, Neck Face, has just created a capsule collection with Nike SB that features a snapback hat, Blazer series, t-shirts, and backpack. With Neck Face having obvious ties in the skate world, its nice to see a simple logo treatment and some of the cleanest Blazers you will ever get. Look for the collection now...

Prosthesis designer Sophie de Oliveira Barata has launched The Alternative Limb Project, a studio that has begun creating unique, sometimes strange, but always eye-catching prosthetic limbs. Choosing from three options: realistic, surrealist, or unreal, the customer can merge real-life and imagination. They designed a Crystallized leg for Viktoria Modesta who played the Ice Queen at the London 2012 Paralympic Closing ceremony.

If you didn't get enough of the Wes Anderson x Roman Coppola combination last year with the feature film, Moonrise Kingdom, the often-collaborating duo have taken over the direction of Italian fashion giant, Prada, and their new fragrance, Prada Candy. Two guys, one girl (a girl that was Woody Allen's love interest in the excellent Midnight in Paris), some popcorn, French language, and the quirky storyline of one of America's finest, and you got yourself some... Italian fashion.

Every Freitag “Hazzard” bag has a distinct life of its own before ever making its way onto your back. Each bag is typically on the road almost fi ve years before being crafted from recycled truck tarps, with individual design infl uenced by the colors, writing or markings of the tarps. Hand cut in Zurich Switzerland, the Hazzard also uses recycled seat belts as the shoulder straps, meaning every single bag that comes out of the Freitag factory is 100% unique. The pack is perfect for daily use, from storing sketchbooks and electronics, up to a 17” laptop, while also featuring a dry compartment in the front of the bag.
