... We want to take this opportunity to mention that we should cherish the art direction and creative promotion that this show has given the world over the past half decade. Even if you don't watch Mad Men, and could care less, there aren't many television shows that have ever paid attention to the details of marketing and stylzing itself to an audience. This is an art project. Look at these promo shots for Season 6, which begins on April 7, 2013 on AMC? Well. Done.

One of the most influential photographers of the last 30 years (see all the good Marc Jacobs ads), whose style of the over-exaggerated flash has seen countless followers, Juergen Teller just opened Woo! at the ICA in London this week. The exhibition features a "seamless journey through his landmark fashion and commercial photography from the 90s." A great look into the world of a photographer who has some of the most personal photos of influential celebrity-types ever shot.

The images shot by London based photographer Dominic Clarke have a similar appeal to gorgeously muted, vintage, erotic snapshots. Judging from the beautiful quality of authenticity in his work, I can only assume that he is using a good old fashioned analog, film camera so shoot these innocently seductive compositions.

One of the most iconic fashion photographers of all time, Steven Meisel easily remains the one photographer with whom all the models aspire to work. He has photographed every cover of Vogue Italia since 1988. Ok, I know its supposed to be year of the snake in 2013, but I can't help but love this portrait of Daphne Guinness for Vogue Italia by Steven Meisel... another dark creature.

Give you a little head's up on some weekend plans. The good people of HoodieBuddie will have a pop-up shop at Space 15 Twenty. Rain or shine they will be there screenprinting on some hoodies, playing some music, and entertaining all the shoppers. Come by, have a drink, and say hello. Then have another drink.

Last week, Nike invited Juxtapoz to their 21 Mercer space in SoHo, NYC, to create a pair of bespoke Nike SB Janoski’s, the newest addition to the customizable NikeID collection. We sent our good friend, director Colin Devin Moore to the studio to get his NikeID chops on, and who better to walk him through the process than, Stefan Janoski, himself.

The latest in a long line of successful collaborations with the fine art world, fashion powerhouse Louis Vuitton has turned to Brazilian twins (and 2x Juxtapoz cover artists), Os Gemeos for a new series of designs. Little sneak shots were posted on the twins' Instagram account, so all we can do is speculate on the full collection, but there will be a scarf, it will be released in January 2013, and somewhere, a line is forming.

We wrote on the site back in October about James Jean launching his OVM line of jewellery at Lane Crawford in Hong Kong, and he just posted on his site about the mural he painted in conjunction with the launch. The 80" piece was created with Velum. Graphite, Ink, and Digital, and of course, is pretty damn epic in the James Jean style.

Juxtapoz friend Dylan Maddux directed a special video around the opening of Derby Of San Francisco's new flagship store in SF this past weekend. We have been looking forward to the shop opening up, and of course, as it should, it's right near Haight and Ashbury.
