If H.R. Giger ever attempted to paint graffiti, we would expect it to look something like this new Ewok piece in North Carolina. So good.

The New York-based graffiti writer, Ewok, does a series of video blogs documenting his art and graffiti in process. His newest installment records him and Sp One as they paint through the night on a wall in Miami during this years Art Basel.

Every Friday we feature someone old or new, traditional or unconventional, active or not, and so on. This week’s spotlight is on Ewok.

The diverse talents of Rime, Tyke, Steel, Cokey, Ewok, and Norm came together to brush their shoulders off and let the ladies admire.  Well, that seems to be Rime’s point of view on this particular wall.

Here is the newest video installment from The Hundreds and The Seventh Letter collaboration featuring artist, Ewok.  I choose this photo because it will definitely get you intrigued as to why it would be in there and I agree with putting R.Kelly in a genius category.  Find out for yourself.

It’s this kind of work that will make a handful of writers throw in the towel and stick to collecting old spray cans.  Ewok stylin out.

  If you were to incorporate Big League Chew, Wild Pitch Watermelon flavor as the inspiration for you piece, this Ewok may be what the final product would look like.  

Ewok has been in Israel traveling, painting, and catching some enjoyable pictures. He called upon some locals to help him with the manual labor task of filling in his letters.  Everyone wants to spray!

Ewok heads for the high altitude of the mountains and clouds.  It appears multiple artists are running wild and painting numerous walls in Israel.  This piece is sure to make a few writers jealous. Great concept!
