Photography // Wednesday, June 04, 2014
In his controversial series “Los Intocables”, Cuban artist Erik Ravelo takes on issues that pose a threat to the innocence of children around the world. From sex trafficking to gun violence, Ravelo uses an in-your-face approach with his photographs. Each images depicts a child with a blurred face that appears to be crucified on the back of an individual that represents the issue being addressed.
