These wire sculptures appear to be, and I'm almost convinced they are, small ink drawings on top of photos of a gallery setting. No, these are actual wire sculptures that appear as if they are floating on the surface. But that is David Oliveira's intention; twist, turn, contort the wires to appear like drawing sculptures floating in the air.
